Tandy the Cat needs a home
Tandy came to Purrfect Pals through a shelter transfer from Puerto Rico. Shortly after Tandy arrived at Purrfect Pals we discovered that she was positive for Feline Leukemia. Tandy is an energetic young cat who loves to play. We are pretty sure that Tandy sleeps far less than other cats! She is very snuggly and attentive throughout the day, and very playful in the evening. Tandy would do best in a home where she will get plenty of attention and playful interaction with a loving family! Tandy was placed into a loving foster care home for one month after arriving to Washington State, so that she could adjust to the change and her health could be closely monitored. Her foster mom says ?Tandy is a real cuddler in the morning but is very active!? Tandy loves to have her chin scritches but is not a fan of belly rubs. One of her favorite things to do is lay on your chest and get pets and cuddles with you. When she is done, she might give you a little love nibble too. Tandy has favorite mouse toys and she loves it when you put a bit of catnip on them too! This sweet girl loves her toys and she loves to bat around small balls and carry felt mice in her mouth like she is hunting! Tandy is a fan of fresh air and she loves having a window with a screen opened on warm days. Tandy qualifies for the Permanent Foster Program where any care or cost of any Feline Leukemia related health issues will be covered by Purrfect Pals (for more information email [email protected]). Tandy is ready for a second chance at a forever home. Like all Purrfect Pals cats, Tandy has been viral tested (FELV+), altered, microchipped, and started on vaccines.
